보통의 수직적인 평가가 아닌, 동료들끼리의 평가이다. peer review의 한 종류인가보다.

 

 

PROJECT PEER EVALUATION FORM

Team performance is extremely important for the accomplishment of project team goals. In industry, you will encounter various appraisal methods including 360 reviews, where you assess the performance of both yourself and your colleagues, and they assess yours. The results are compiled and summarized, and provided individually to all of the people taking the survey, where your immediate supervisor will discuss the results with you and develop an action plan for improvement.

To help you improve your team performance, we are conducting a 360 review process. Please rate yourself and your team members on the contributions that were made with your group project and various homework exercises. Please fill out this spreadsheet, and post on the blackboard site by December 9 at 10 AM. Your results will be returned the following week. The scorer's numbers will not be made available to the person being scored, so this is anonymous.
